“I have been in practice since 1996. My treatment approach to your wholeness incorporates a combination of styles which are intended to respect your journey to health and well-being. I believe I am qualified to help your situation whether it is relaxation, stiffness, pain or injury. A professional assessment, as well as an active dialogue and a respect for your needs will result in an experience that can be either a focused short-term treatment approach incorporating a single modality or a more in-depth, long-term approach which may integrate different modalities weaved into several sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage is designed to start the process of physical healing. Increased vitality, help with life after accidents, traumas, and surgeries are some experiences which Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy benefits. Thai Yoga Massage is an assisted, dynamic and energetic approach incorporating stretching, breathwork and stimulating "Sen" energy lines throughout the body.

My studies include Reiki (Master Practitioner), Myofascial Release, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Chakra Balancing, Neuromuscular Therapy, and the Emotional Freedom Technique. I have modified many of these techniques for use in seated massage, which can be performed in a variety of venues, such as offices, health fairs, conferences, and symposia.”
