“Being in balance is not always simple. Taking refuge from the external demands of our daily lives requires a commitment to ourselves. Creating space to examine and to prioritize what is important to us begins with self-care. Meeting you in the role of facilitator and witness rather than "fixer" creates a more empowering dynamic for you to participate in your own well-being and healing process. Though I address chronic stress and tension, my intention is to also support you in making the changes that will lead to better heath and wholeness.
My work ranges from connective tissue manipulation to relieve chronic tension and holding patterns to employing zero balancing to work with the energy of the bones to release old held patterns that no longer serve you to Reiki to allow your body's wisdom to heal iself.
Through my practice of bodywork, teaching of mindfulness, and Reiki, my aspiration is to inspire my clients towards: awakening self-awareness, relaxing into the chaos of life, living with ease and well-being, cultivating kindness, compassion, and wisdom, and living with integrity within a body that feels healthy and whole.”
