“Clients with structural issues are some of my favorites. Low back, neck and shoulder pain are often related to long-standing habits, both postural and emotional. I can help unravel patterns of imbalance by using techniques that address the muscles, the bony alignment, the nervous system and the energy systems of the body. The particular bodywork techniques I employ are deep tissue work, cranio-sacral therapy, polarity, acupressure and other forms of energy work. I usually combine them in a session tailored at each visit to suit my client's needs.

One of my specialties is TMJ Syndrome or stubborn jaw pain. This is often a "whole person" affliction that necessitates structural alignment, release of the cranio-sacral system, muscular work, and sometimes emotional processing. My TMJ clients experience significant relief from jaw pain and from many other physical symptoms, too.
