
“Drawing from many years of trainings, workshops and experience in various healing arts & massage modalities, I create an individualized session that will leave you deeply relaxed, yet energized, more aware of your body, more at peace with yourself and your world, and feeling considerably less pain--if pain was an issue. You will also probably notice (1) more ease in handling stress,(2) improved sleep, and (3) lessening of many chronic conditions. In a session, I may focus more on one approach--or several may be used in combination, depending on your needs, preferences, and what you respond to best.
I love introducing clients to Jin Shin Jyutsu--with their permission. My hands become like "jumper cables" to energize your body's run-down "battery." This sequential touch, which can be fairly strong or incredibly light, helps restore emotional equilibrium, relieve pain, & release the causes of acute and chronic conditions.
No matter what methods I use, I am always seeing/recognizing your wholeness--and your connecting energetic presence. After the session, I often share simple Jin Shin Jyutsu self-helps; it is daily practice of this art that can prevent, reduce, often eliminate, many "projects" (dis-eases) we manifest--physical, mental, & emotional.”
