“I graduated from Red Mountain Institute for the Healing Arts in 2002. After 3 years of working with athletes and accident victims in Vail, Colorado, I returned to Birmingham to open my own practice. I work with clients who have acute injuries and chronic pain, striving to find balance and ease of movement. I believe the client is true healer, my job is to facilitate the process.

I have received specialized training in Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Cupping, and Neuromuscular Therapy. I also do chair massage, which is ideal for corporations and social gatherings.

My office is located within Pilates on Highland, where I work closely with Pilates instructors to further my knowledge of the movement of the body.”
