“"Variety is the spice of life" is the way I would describe my practice and the people I have the pleasure of working with. I currently work in a school of Massage Therapy, have a small private practice out of my home & am mobile with my practice as well. I work with a broad range of guest & conditions ranging from relaxation to therapeutic modalities. My favorite guests are the ones that really want to participate in their wellness. I also believe if therapy is the need, multiple therapies & therapists should work together with the guest to achieve the desired results!

Having been trained by an intuitive schooling & primarily working in the spa & Ayurvedic Philosophies my whole career, relaxation, recovery from stress & working for the prevention of disease is my primary goal. I fuse Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic, Myofascial, Deep Tissue & Aromatherapy for my favorite type of work!

My special note is that I love science & the body. That combined with my utilization of Massage to recover from multiple surgeries as a teenage sports player made me a believer in the therapies thus inspiring me to help others in their wellness ventures no matter the reason or need!”
