“The name of my practice, "Long Life" Therapeutic Massage, is taken from the Chinese symbol which is a wish for optimum health and well-being. This is the basis of my practice and my belief that massage therapy can assist an individual in maintaining or achieving her/his physical, emotional and mental well-being. Each session is designed specifically for that person. I integrate a variety of massage techniques to achieve the best results possible for each client.

Special attention is given to each client to insure their comfort and relaxation during all body treatments and massage services. My 14 years of therapeutic massage practice incorporate techniques from swedish and deep tissue to neuromuscular massage, craniosacral sessions and even spa treatments for a variety of aromatherapy wraps.

My primary practice is located in the beautiful, victorian SeaWitch Manor Inn Bed & Breakfast in downtown Rehoboth Beach, Delaware within walking distance to the beach.”
