“Shiatsu massage is my specialty and I have been in practice since 2003. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage which reduces stress, relieves muscle pain and tension and eases joint stiffness through the application of acupressure and stretching techniques. You will feel balanced, relaxed and renewed after your treatment.

I became a Holistic Health Counselor in 2007 to better address the nutritional needs of my clients. Holistic Health Counseling provides the support, encouragement and accountability to help you make healthier food choices, manage stress effectively and support you in living a healthier and more energetic lifestyle.

Mention this site for $10 off your first Shiatsu massage of 1 hour or more. I also offer a free initial health counseling consultation in my Watertown office or by phone.”

Ms. Liz Vequist offers a free consultation over the phone or in person
