
“My massage training and practice focus on treating injuries, helping clients through rehabilitation, and alleviating chronic pain. I also believe that stress has an enormous impact on our body's health, and feel that massage is a great way to manage stress in our lives. I will talk with you honestly about how I feel we can best approach your goals, and if interested, I can work with you to set up a treatment plan to meet your needs and parameters. I believe each client and session are unique. Through good communication we will achieve your goals for the session.
I've training in multiple modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point work, prenatal, deep tissue, reiki and swedish massage. In each session, I pull from all of this training to best meet your needs as the client. I blend multiple modalities for each client and session
I love working with active clients! I myself have participated in many different sports over the years, and have first hand experience of how we use and mis-use our bodies, and a good knowledge of how various activities and sports create patterns in our musculature.”
