I specialize in Structural Bodywork, aka Deep Tissue. Structural Bodywork helps to release chronic stress areas that occur due to repetitive motions, chronic holding patterns, misalignment, and old lingering injuries. Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Injury Massage techniques can also be integrated into your massage upon request.
