I appreciate clients who want to participate in their own wellness. By that I mean they are aware of how their lifestyle contributes or detracts from their health and comfort, and who see massage as an important asset to becoming and staying healthy.

I specialize in rehabilitative massage to resolve muscle strain or injuries to soft tissue. In particular, I specialize in temporomandibular joint dysfunction treatment, drawing from advanced massage therapy training and 35 years as a licensed dental hygienist. Combining expertise from both fields allows me to better assess patients, and to more effectively treat TMJ problems.

I was an active member of the TampaBay Sportsmassage Team for 5 years, so have a strong understanding of issues important to athletes, and draw from certifications in Kinesio taping and Medical massage for treatments. Certification in reflexology allows me to introduce massage therapy and benefits of foot treatment to even more clients.
