My focus is on total body re-alignment through muscle manipulation so the skeletal system will right itself. I also focus on post session techniques such as stretching and correcting position habits. I use a combination of swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, reflexology and polarity. I find that each body can take different levels of pressure and I work with each client to find the perfect combination of techniques that suits you and your particular needs.
