I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in neck and back pain. I also treat the following: Headaches, fatigue, insomnia, muscle spasm, limited range of motion, stress/anxiety. I am trained in deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular, hydrotherapy, stone, chair, Thai, lymphatic drainage (level I), PNF stretching/MET, sports and trigger point therapy. I also served as the Department Chair for Massage Therapy at Mildred Elley teaching massage. I offer corporate wellness programs in addition to running my private practice. It is my aspiration to begin or join a pain clinic in the Berkshires offering therapeutic massage for patients.

Additionally, I can help with postural issues that may be causing pain. I've had good success with issues like dropped shoulder, hiked hip or rotator cuff problems. I can also address sciatica if it has a muscular root cause or spinal distortions, again, if muscular or soft tissue related.

Aside from the massage, I can give clients stretches and exercises with light weights to help counter muscular imbalances. We can discuss ergonomics, habits, lifestyle and work to see what may be aggravating the problem.
