CranioSacral Therapy (CST) uses gentle techniques that target the craniosacral system, which surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. CST is an effective modality for a number of conditions including pain, headaches, central nervous system disorders, tension, stress, insomnia, and aids in improving mental clarity and emotional well-being.
I am certified in: Advanced CranioSacral Therapy through Upledger Institute in Florida, Advanced Orthopedic Massage through the Pain Management Institute in Texas, Lymphedema Therapy through Norton School of Lymphedema, and have completed the advanced four-year certification program in Eden Energy Medicine. Currently working towards certification in Visceral Manipulation.
