I began my career in Massage Therapy in, 2000, when I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage and earned my National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am fluent in trigger point, Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release. Clients appreciate my firm, strong touch, my intuition, and my specific knowledge of anatomy. Also, I prides myself on my ability to tune into my client's tissues and feel the minute changes that occur, enabling me to respond to the body rather than intrude on it. Each of my sessions is individually tailored to meet the client's needs.
I specialize in a deeper tissue massage using Myo-facial, Nero-muscular, and Trigger Point Therapy to aid in the of release chronic and acute muscle tension.
The Bellanina FaceLift Massage is a classic European facial with 30 minutes of face massage. The results are amazing.
Bethesda Face and Body is located above the Old Georgetown Grill, in Downtown Bethesda. There is a parking garage across the street and metered parking in front of the building. However, for a more relaxing experience, we recommend parking in the Woodmont garage. It is a ticked garage and you pay when you go.
