The work I do is based on Chinese medicine, one of the oldest holistic healing traditions, and can address many different kinds of issues. Health, according to Chinese medicine, occurs when the "qi", or "vital energy", is moving smoothly and harmoniously through its pathways in the body. When this happens we experience a wonderful sense of well-being and connection in our lives. This can be felt on the physical level, pain management is one benefit, and also on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels, as the qi affects all aspects of our being.

My practice of ASIAN BODYWORK THERAPY, with Infrared LED Light Therapy, (please see website) helps people maintain or regain their health through physical manipulation and pressure. It is based on Zen Shiatsu, Zero Balancing, Myofascial Release, and CranioSacral Therapy. You wear loose, comfortable clothing and lie on a massage table placed over a Therapeutic Magnetic Grid. No oils are used. I notice where your tension is, where your weaknesses are and where you have the tendency toward illness. I pay special attention to problems associated with the neck and the back. Pain relief and freedom of movement is a priority.
