She utilizes the MRT blood test to determine reactive foods/chemicals, then creates a tailored diet plan based on the results. This gives the body a tremendous opportunity to heal naturally.
A mother of two, Ashley helps parents navigate the nutrition world of conflicting information to determine practical/healthy choices for their families.
