Services incorporate several healing modalities to accommodate your body's unique needs for healing. My work is very eclectic and far removed from a typical spa massage. I integrate Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release / Body Memory Unwinding, Craniosacral Therapy and Medical Massage is the hallmark of each treatment plan. I will take time to discover your Wellness goals and develop a plan to help you become your best version of yourself.
I am certified in Medical Massage and Body Memory Recall combined with Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release/Body Memory Unwinding, CranioSacral Therapy and Resistance Stretching. I also offer Sound Therapy with Solfeggio Frequencies as well as Frequency Specific Microcurrent. As your therapist, I take the time to get to know your unique needs for healing.
My specialty is treating connective tissue. I understand the mind/body connection and integrate several connective tissue modalities that give lasting relief from pain by liberating the body from holding patterns and body memory. Treating the mind and the body together is a key factor in this process.
