My private practice is about Functional Health and Peak Performance. My clients may have been injured, in pain, convalescing or in rehabilitation. My belief is that bodywork and massage are not luxuries. They are functional healthcare. And the benefits are cumulative. I use a blend of techniques as the process of treatment progresses and rely upon the body's ability to self-correct while being mindful of each person's goals, sensitivities and ability to respond during treatment.
