My clients are women who suffer from chronic aches and pain which impact the way they move through life. I help them feel good in their body so they can move on with their lives as they imagine them. They are looking for results and are willing to follow the program I give them and follow suggestions to reach their goal. They change movement habits in order to sustain the progress they have made, and are then able to enjoy their new pain-free freedom and create the life they want. I also work with Parkinson's patients to sustain and increase mobility.
JFB Myofascial Release is a gentle modality that works fascial restrictions. This is done through sustained (3-5 minutes), gentle pressure or stretching. Active Modulation Therapy: The Diamond Method is a trigger-point based approach which can give fast results. I can also support clients to find new, effective movement patterns through Spacial Dynamics®.
My clients are interested in working over time to achieve long-lasting results. Housebound? I do mobile! I do Healing from the Core long distance energetic healing over zoom or the phone.
