I am currently teaching an Introduction to Qigong at the Fallbrook Wellness Center to primarily the over 50 crowd. My students want help with balance and flexibility, strength and ease of movement. They are looking to increase relaxation and energy, as well as improved sleep, digestion, circulation and mood. Many are looking for ways to age gracefully.

My clients come to me for various reasons. Some come for relaxation, most come seeking pain relief. Still, many are looking for a qualified practitioner specifically to help with reducing inflammation and discomfort after undergoing cosmetic surgery. More recently, I have been seeing plenty of doctor-referred clients dealing with autoimmune disorders or cancer. Individuals experience long sought relief from pain and come away feeling more deeply restored as the work allows the body a re-set or new way of being.
