A Living Energy Lymphatic Experience combines Infrared Sauna, Manual Lymph Drainage, LED Light Therapy & Fascia Release Bodywork. Dried-out fascia — called fascia adhesions — can happen because of: repetitive motion injuries, lack of physical activity, stress and chronic inflammation. Fascia can seize up around muscles, constrict lymph & blood flow- making it harder to move, or get uncomfortable painful knots. Warming up the body in the sauna first increases circulation & softens the fascia. Now the body is ready for bodywork that directs lymph flow, clears pain & inflammation and encourages a deep state of relaxation and healing.
Rebecca brings 40+ yrs in practice and offers a Total Body Approach to healing and health management. Rebecca is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, Advanced Polarity Practitioner, Certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor & LED Light Therapist and received her BS in Heath Ed./Stress Management.
By combining ancient bodywork modalities with state of the art vibration and fitness technologies, pain & inflammation decrease; allowing for a new level of health & wellbeing. Rebecca has had a full career working with chiropractors, PT's, health clubs, spas, yoga centers, elite & professional athletes and was on faculty at top massage school.
