I am a practicing Occupational therapist with over 32 years experience, and a licensed Massage therapist for 23 years. During this time I have treated a wide variety of clients from 1 day old to 100 years of age! I have a passion for healing my patients and have extensive training in a variety of modalities. I have had the opportunity of late to assist in the healing of post COVID symptoms returning patients to prior level of functioning. My goal with treatment is to listen to my clients and treat their whole essence (body, mind, spirit) to assist them in reaching their goals.

I use my highly honed skill of touch through non-sexual, therapeutic massage techniques to help you experience relief from pain and tension, improve range of motion and achieve deep relaxation. I provide FasciaBlasting to get to the source of fascial restrictions, as well as traditional therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, visceral manipulation and lymphatic drainage. I also provide Watsu (warm water aquatic bodywork) for a multi-dimensional experience that allows movement without the constraints of gravity.
