By active stretching I help my clients soften their muscular fascia restoring flexibility. I also use deep tissue therapy and myoskeletal therapy in some cases to release scar tissue in surrounding joints and areas difficult to release with common stretching. These techniques help realign muscle fibers for better mobility. Continuous treatment prevents muscle pain and restriction to re-appear.

I work on anyone who has a physical pain complaint. My clients range in age from 14-85, are professional athletes, recreational athletes, and anyone who has an injury. I have the training to assess your situation and implement the appropriate soft tissue treatment and joint mechanics. I continue to educate myself with classes on treatment protocols, soft tissue techniques, injury management and biomechanics. I have extensive experience in Sports Massage and have worked with athletes of all ages across a variety of sports.

My specialties include helping and supporting individuals feel comfortable in their bodies despite accidental or repetitive use injuries. I have personal experience recovering from neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, back, hip, knee, ankle, foot and skull injuries. I am also experienced in the compensatory movements that manifest from multiple injuries causing postural change and ease of movement. Together, we (you and me) will be able to facilitate new or improved movements for you.

My clients come to me for various reasons. Some come for relaxation, most come seeking pain relief. Still, many are looking for a qualified practitioner specifically to help with reducing inflammation and discomfort after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
