My understanding of the the body and especially soft tissue led to my specialty in injury treatment and sports massage which entails deep tissue work, myofascial therapy as well as relaxation techniques to help your mind and your body get to a more efficiently functioning state.

We will customize and integrate the massage session with myofacial release, deep tissue, swedish and stretch therapy massage. You may also request to add Cupping, Hot Stones, Percussion Massage Gun with Theragun or CBD oil to your session. Massage sessions are therapeutic, healing and relaxing.
