I specialize in working with stress, injuries, pain, muscle soreness, swelling and post surgical recovery, using a variety of therapeutic modalities including: therapeutic, deep tissue, sports massage and manual lymphatic drainage and cranial sacral therapy. Sessions are therapeutic in nature and aim at resolving issues related to muscle overuse, stress, post surgery, post injury, fatigue, poor posture or structural concerns.
