I am trained in Headache & Migraine Relief, Low back pain, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki Healing, Rotor Cuff & Shoulder Massage, Sciatic Pain relief and also Sports Massage too. My knowledge and experience that I have learned over the years and dedication to my practice. I'm able help people heal and feel better. My style is unique, in that I work very intuitive. I listen to the clients body and energy flow. By activating the body's response, it starts their healing process. I provide a very comforting and relaxing mind/body & balancing.

My goal is to help my clients live a Healthier Lifestyle with Customized Massage Therapy session. Having over 25 years of experience I help clients stay active, have less pain, less stress, and sleep better. I work with a wide range of clients from triathletes to geriatrics.

I work with various professional and amateur athletes to help prevent injuries, maintain flexibility and promote healing after an injury or surgery.

My clients come to me for various reasons. Some come for relaxation, most come seeking pain relief. Still, many are looking for a qualified practitioner specifically to help with reducing inflammation and discomfort after undergoing cosmetic surgery. More recently, I have been seeing plenty of doctor-referred clients dealing with autoimmune disorders or cancer. Whatever the reason they come, they are looking to get results in achieving their individual goals.

I'm a licensed massage therapist practicing Structural Integration and somatic bodywork. Integrating heart and science into every session, I believe that bodywork, often pursued in relief of pain, can also improve our relationship with our bodies and deepen our experience in the world around us. I bring an awareness of the educational, experiential process of receiving bodywork, making lasting change through awareness and embodiment, in addition to very effective technique. Originally from New York, I trained at The Swedish Institute in New York City (a 1226-hour program) and at IPSB in San Diego.

I've had a Manual Therapy healing practice for 35 years. I consistently observe that the path to healing arises from a deep listening & from attaining balance & flow between the physical, emotional & spiritual aspects of our being. My interest in Holistic Health Care began when I put myself through University & Graduate school working as a Massage Therapist. At that same time, from an inspired vision, I designed, developed, & taught a program on Therapeutic Touch for the elderly at the Desert Institute for the Healing Arts. I hold MA Certification in Gerontology, BA in French Literature & Dance, & BA in Interdisciplinary Studies: Pre Med, Life Sciences & Humanities.
