My massage practice is mostly based in pain management of all sorts but not limited to neck, back, shoulder, hip, and sciatica. I treat the body has a whole as everything is connected and often there is some compensation that occurs however I work on the area of most concern. When you are in pain you're looking for relief I work with you in accomplishing that goal. Many want ongoing maintence, once they get out of pain, to keep them feeling their best.

I have been working as an LMT in the Southern Pasco/Northern Pinellas area for over 28 years. I am a mother of four and love what I do. I've worked with various Chiropractors and believe that massage therapy is one of the key factors when it comes to health and well being. I rarely do "cookie cutter" massages. Most of my work is done according to what your body requires at the time. Every massage is customized to your needs and comfort level.
