Hi, my name is Diane. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduate of the Swedish Institute in NYC. I am certified as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist with The Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACoLS), and have performed MLD massage for the last 7 years; as well as, certified in Medical Massage for approximately 7 years. I believe that every aspect of a person, body, mind and spirit, can benefit from receiving massage therapy. My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to treat every individual according to their specific needs.

Brian is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate from The Center of Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY. He is trained in Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Swedish Massage, Traditional Fire Cupping, Chair Massage, RockTape and RockBlades. In addition to his massage training, Brian also has over six years of training and coaching experience and is a CrossFit Level II certified trainer with specialties in Endurance and Kettlebells. It is his belief that every individual is an athlete with specific needs. Therefore each session is crafted with an in-depth understanding of each unique client.
