I strive for each massage to be a personal best, for my client & myself: effective, refreshing, respectful, original and enjoyable, to earn return visits of my guests. Extensive, diverse study, and daily meditative, athletic practice, inform my ability to help my clients move through all manner of physical and other stresses. Based on client interest, I use a variety of pressures, techniques, hot stones, aromatherapy, and yoga-inspired stretching appropriate to reduce tension as needed, and bring an overall sense of peaceful, vibrant well-being to awareness. This awareness is the source of all our healing, insight quality of life!

I've trained and practiced Clinical Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork (emphasis in Structural Balancing) for treating pain, posture, and movement issues. I work with clients to unbind and unlock dysfunctional myofascial patterns with Structural Bodywork. Often these problems are due to chronic excess muscle and nerve tension, or injury, that result in structural imbalances. Next, I have for three years been practicing and administering Medical Qigong Therapy (along with giving clients specific exercises) for the vital organ systems to help purge excesses, tonify deficiencies, and regulate organ energetics.
