I use various techniques such as Deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, as well as Swedish massage. I graduated with an AAS degree in massage therapy and had the opportunity to experience a wide variety of modalities such as; medical ,sports , pre and post-natal, reiki, as well as holistic treatments. It's important to me to evaluate each client to make the most of the session, to allow you to be able to live pain free as best as possible.

My ideal client is someone who could use lymph drainage (LDT). They are managing chronic toxicity from something like Lyme disease, fibromyalgia or even MS. LDT also can ease the swelling associated with cancer and its treatment. It speeds up the healing process with sprains and strains and makes us look younger too. My other favorite client needs craniosacral therapy (CST). They are dealing with something like developmental delays, ADD or sensory integration issues. It’s also good for promoting ongoing wellbeing. A baby who needs help adjusting to its new environment or who had a difficult birth will benefit in many ways from CST.

I support people looking to release the pain of old wounds that weigh them down; physical, emotional and spiritual. I am a guide…gentle and attentive, funny and serious, compassionate always. I utilize low touch modalities, incorperating CranioSacral therapy Somatic Experiencing and the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. Bowenwork involves performing very precise, gentle movements on muscles and connective tissue. These gentle movements act as a catalyst to send powerful neurological impulses to the brain. The impulses stimulate whole brain responses, which address every system in the body - musculoskeletal structure as well as internal organs. In response, soft tissue tension is released, pain is relieved, and it's very common that structural misalignments will right themselves without any force being used by the practitioner.
